Travel Booking Refund Policy

At Canary Explore, we specialize in offering trips across the Canary Islands for meeting new people and exploring the islands. We have a website and we want to add a refund policy document for reservations made through the website. Reservations are only refundable up to 48 hours before the trip and cannot be exchanged for future excursions.

Refund Policy for Travel Reservations

At Canary Explore, we strive to provide exceptional experiences to our customers, both in planning and executing their trips to the Canary Islands. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require the cancellation of a reservation. Below, we detail our refund policy:

1. Cancellations and Refunds:

  • Cancellations of reservations must be made with a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the start of the trip to be eligible for a refund.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours prior to the start of the trip will not be eligible for a refund.

  • To request a cancellation and refund, customers must contact our customer service team through the communication channels provided on our website.

2. Additional Restrictions:

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original reservation.

  • No refunds are offered for reservations cancelled within 48 hours prior to the start of the trip.

  • Refunds cannot be exchanged for future excursions or other services offered by Canary Explore.

3. Reservation Modifications:

  • Reservation modifications are subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges.

  • Requests for reservation modifications must be made as far in advance as possible and are subject to approval by Canary Explore.

4. Customer Conduct

  • The travel agency reserves the right to decide whether a customer may participate in an excursion if they are under the influence of drugs or alcohol. In such cases, the agency may deny the customer's participation in the excursion without refunding the deposit.

5. Punctuality

  • Customers must arrive promptly at the designated meeting point for each excursion. The travel agency reserves the right to start the excursion at the scheduled time, even if a customer arrives late. In case of late arrival, the agency will not refund the deposit paid, and the customer will forfeit the opportunity to participate in the excursion.
